I AM STUCK!!!

I AM STUCK! I have been at such a stand still with organizing my craft space/room. I just couldn't get myself to move. So I decided to just "STAND UP" in my craft room. Then I wouldn't let myself sit down. I started looking around for a bit at every spot I could find something to change. I thought maybe it would get me moving again. Once I sit down again, I get stuck there. I am tired of having a chair attached to my bottom!!! So STAND UP...LOOK AROUND...THINK ABOUT HOW IT WORKS FOR YOU NOW... CHANGE WHAT ISN'T WORKING... MAKE IT WORK...Start touching your things... Don't even think about anything but how you feel about what you are touching, and how do you feel about having it where it is? Doing that will get you moving a little or a lot. That is up to the person to whomever you are cleaning your space. It got me moving not fast but not slow. Today that worked for me anyways. HOW IS EVERYONE ELSE DOING WITH ORGANIZING THEIR SPACE?

How do I get my cleaning Mojo back?

I have not posted much of an update on how my "craft room organizing" is going because I have been sick with a tummy flu. My Craft space seems to be even more of a hot mess now than it was when I started. I am not liking the fact of "HOW MUCH STUFF" I have and do not need to have this much of. My mind keeps jumping ahead to do other things but I need to try and stay focused on organizing. If I try to sort through stuff to destash now, it will get lost in here. I have also discovered that I may need storage for my empty storage things. HA can't win there. My goal is to not have too much of things and to have it all organized. Each time I think I want a new crafty something, I look at my craft room, and say; HELL NO! I wouldn't have a spot for it. It is like eating a FULL MEAL and then trying to fit the dessert in right after... YOU CAN'T DO IT... YOU WILL EXPLODE... JUST LIKE MY CRAFT ROOM IS RIGHT NOW. "EXPLODING" That also makes it less inviting to me to be creative. I want to make more youtube videos but I want to be done with whatever it is I am trying to do in my craft room. It just seems to be a never-ending project for me and that has to END! I want my space to be Happy but more so inviting to create. I will post regularly Hope you are Creatively Inspired :)

I'VE BEEN SEWING MY FAVORITE ATTIRE

I have been sewing Pj bottoms for the past few days. I have made 4 total, with mine being the 4th pair. I have had this cute cozy owl fabric in my fabric hoard since 2013. Why I did not use it then, I have no idea. They're the coziest PJ bottoms I own now. I am so happy. I used a pattern for the first time in 4... shhhh Never mind...years. LOL I believe I bought the pattern from Walmart at some point. It is called; "IT'S SO EASY" its Simplicity. S0137 (squ 039363501374 ) It teaches you this cool trick that makes it "SEW" easy to sew the crotch area and join both sides together. I use to just trace pants but much more easy using this pattern and learning that easy trick. I encourage you to give sewing a try. I love it.

Here is a quick TIP...

Do not, I REPEAT; "DO NOT" keep your crafty supplies and embellies etc...in it's "ORIGINAL" Packaging or you will only end up hoarding it. You will never use it for sure if you do not even open it, and be sure you put it away where it belongs as soon as you open the package. always "THINK" before you buy! Do you need it? Do you really want it? Will you use it right away? Thinking could save you some $$$ LOL :)

CRAFT ROOM ORGANIZING IDEA!

Think the best way to a great start for cleaning, and organizing your craft space is to STOP BUYING! The more you buy, the more overwhelmed, and out of control it will get. Clean house then reward yourself when you are Happy with your room. Other wise; room will be over whelming with mess....means no happy crafting, and over spending on things you do not need...creating a deep hole... IM SO TRYING THIS!

ORGANIZING EVERYTHING IN YOUR CRAFT ROOM BY SUBJECT/AREAS. PAPER ALL IN ONE SPOT, EMBELLISHMENTS ALL IN ONE SPOT, BEADS ETC. ALL IN ONE SPOT... THEN YOU WILL NOT BE ALL OVER THE PLACE IN YOUR ROOM MAKING UNNECESSARY MESSES. If the area I have for embellishments is too small, then you can get an affordable cart that you can move to put the extra stuff on. This way it all stays in one area still. It really works and it makes cleaning more easy.
